TWO OF THE TRIADS MOST RELIABLE AND TRUSTED REAL ESTATE FIRMS HAVE AGREED TO MERGE THEIR OPERATIONS.

After several years of successfully serving the Triad, Camden & Redden Realty and Piedmont Group Properties have decided to join forces and operate under the Piedmont Group Properties name. This merger represents a pooling of the expertise of two respectable real estate firms, in an effort to develop and produce a superior real estate firm to better serve its clients.

Piedmont Group Properties will now be owned and operated by James Redden, Cam Casper, Danny Douglas and Roy Fulk. Their office will consists of 14 real estate brokers and will be looking to hire more quality agents immediately. Piedmont Group Properties will focus on providing its clients with trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable real estate brokers.

“We are going to concentrate on providing solid business, the competition is intense and our merger will allow us to have more flexibility to meet changing customer needs and expectations,” says Cam Casper.

Even during a challenging market both firms have continued to thrive and increase their sales production over the past few years. The two companies plan to continue to provide their buyers and elders with the same professionalism and work ethic that they have been accustomed to receiving in the past from the individual firms. James Redden stated that “the alignment of these two companies, their experience, reputations and collective resources made this union very compelling. We believe the combined forces of Camden & Redden Realty and Piedmont Group Properties will result in great benefits for our clients and agents.”

The merger took place on October 1, 2010. They will be operating from Piedmont Group Properties current location at 313 Kirby Road. Danny Douglas expresses his excitement over the merger, “we are thrilled with the combination of Camden & Redden Realty and Piedmont Group Properties. The new firm's versatility, depth of expertise and commitment to quality client relationships are going to pay off huge dividends to our clients in serving their real estate needs.”

Roy Fulk claims that “through the merger of two great companies, we will be better able to serve our clients and agents with the tools needed for successful real estate transactions.” He also goes on to say, “it's rare to find two successful, competing companies with the same belief system on how a successful company should be run and to be able to unite them. We are all excited about the merger and I think that the future is bright for Piedmont Group Properties.”
